This website provides information regarding Luxury Ocean Vacation Ltd (LOV). The offer of goods and services on this website is subject to the user’s acceptance of the terms, conditions and notices set out below and elsewhere on the website (collectively referred to as the “Terms”).

1.1 Personal Use

All bookings made through this website are strictly for the personal use of the client.

1.2 Legal Capacity to Book

The client confirms that they have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and to make the payments associated with the reservation. If a minor is involved, the parents or legal guardians confirm they have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of the minor.

1.3 Booking Confirmation

Luxury Ocean Vacation (LOV) will determine whether a booking request can be accepted after verifying that the client’s credit card is valid or that the bank transfer payment has been successfully received by the due date.

If the client’s credit card cannot be charged or the transaction is later reversed, the booking may be cancelled automatically by Luxury Ocean Vacation (LOV) without the need for judicial or extra-judicial procedures.

The confirmation email issued by Luxury Ocean Vacation (LOV) must be presented upon check-in. Guests may also be required to provide valid identification such as a passport, ID card or driver’s license.

1.4 Deposits & Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total accommodation amount will be charged at the time of reservation. The remaining 80% will be charged using the same credit card details 30 days prior to arrival.

Bank transfers and cash payments must be received before the 30-day deadline prior to arrival.

A refundable damage deposit may be required prior to or on the arrival date before access to the residence. A hold may be placed on the same credit card used for the booking and will be released after the inventory inspection upon check-out (approximately 48 hours), provided no charges apply.

1.5 Peak Period Policy

Peak season applies between 20 December and 08 January.

Cancellations within 90 days during peak periods or within 30 days of arrival may be charged 100% of the booking value.

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the accommodation.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

1.6 Refunds

If a refund is applicable, it will be transferred back to the same credit card used for the original booking. Booking transaction fees are not refundable.

1.7 Reservation Changes

Any changes to reservation dates or number of guests must be requested in writing to the reservations team at [email protected]. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

1.8 Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is between 14:00 and 17:00. Check-out must take place between 07:30 and 10:00 unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available only with prior written confirmation and may incur additional charges.

1.9 Occupancy Compliance

Guests must respect the maximum occupancy specified for each residence. Additional occupants may result in extra charges or termination of the stay without compensation.

1.10 Use of the Residence

Rooms are for the exclusive use of the client. Guests agree to use the residence responsibly and in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Any behaviour contrary to public order or local laws may result in the guest being asked to leave the property without refund.

1.11 Residence Regulations

Each residence is subject to internal regulations available on site. Guests agree to comply with these rules.

1.12 Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the residence, furnishings or equipment during their stay.

Luxury Ocean Vacation reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card for repair or replacement costs.

1.13 Lost Property

Luxury Ocean Vacation accepts no responsibility for personal items left behind after departure.

1.14 Swimming Pool & Facilities

Use of swimming pools, jacuzzis and other facilities is entirely at the guest’s own risk. Luxury Ocean Vacation accepts no responsibility for accidents, injury or death occurring on the property.

1.15 Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the residences. Cleaning charges may apply if this rule is not respected.

1.16 Pets

Pets are not permitted in any residence.

All content on this website including images, logos and text are the property of Luxury Ocean Vacation Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written authorization.

1.18 Force Majeure

Luxury Ocean Vacation shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond its control including natural disasters, fire, strikes, cyclones, power failures or other force majeure events.

1.19 Governing Law

Any disputes relating to the use of this website or reservations made through it shall be governed by the laws of the country in which Luxury Ocean Vacation Ltd is registered.
