Portfolio Revenue Lead
The role
LOV Mauritius is looking for a commercially minded Portfolio Revenue Lead to drive revenue performance across our portfolio of hotel, apart-hotel, residences and villas.
The role will focus on maximising revenue across all market segments through pricing, forecasting, segmentation, inventory optimisation, market analysis and close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, E-commerce and Reservations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor occupancy, ADR, pickup, pace and booking trends across the portfolio.
- Optimise pricing by property, season, segment and demand level.
- Identify need periods, revenue gaps and commercial opportunities.
- Prepare and present short- and medium-term forecasts.
- Manage rates, availability, restrictions and inventory strategy.
- Analyse performance by property, market segment, source market and channel.
- Monitor market conditions and competitive positioning.
- Maintain accurate rate and inventory configuration across PMS and distribution systems.
- Recommend tactical and strategic actions to improve revenue performance.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting and commercial planning.
- Work closely with Sales to identify production gaps and segment opportunities.
- Work with Marketing and E-commerce on demand-generation initiatives and promotional strategies.
- Work with Reservations to monitor conversion, booking behaviour and segment performance.
- Produce clear commercial reports, insights and recommendations for management.
Who we’re looking for
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
- Previous experience in hospitality revenue, reservations, distribution or commercial operations.
- Good understanding of pricing, forecasting and demand management.
- Comfortable working with PMS, distribution and reporting systems.
- Strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query, dashboarding, data visualisation or reporting automation is highly desirable.
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into practical commercial actions.
- An interest in automation, process improvement and smarter use of technology.
- Good understanding of hospitality market segmentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Social Media & Content Specialist
The role
LOV Mauritius is looking for a creative and highly organised Social Media & Content Specialist to manage and grow the social presence of our hospitality portfolio. The role will be responsible for bringing our brands, properties and experiences to life through engaging content, strong storytelling and consistent community engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media content calendars across LOV brands and properties.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories and short-form video.
- Coordinate regular photo and video content capture across the portfolio.
- Write clear, engaging and on-brand social copy.
- Manage publishing and scheduling across relevant platforms.
- Lead day-to-day community management, comments and social enquiries.
- Identify content opportunities across hotels, residences, villas, F&B and guest experiences.
- Develop and manage user-generated content.
- Coordinate influencer and creator collaborations.
- Monitor social trends and identify formats relevant to the brands.
- Support campaigns, launches, events, offers and commercial activations.
- Track social media performance and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with Marketing to maintain brand consistency.
- Collaborate with E-commerce on conversion-led campaigns and digital initiatives.

- Strong creative and visual instinct.

- Good photography and video composition skills.

- Excellent written English; French is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and emerging social formats.
- Excellent attention to brand identity and detail.
- Naturally curious about hospitality, travel, lifestyle and social trends.
- Organised and capable of managing multiple brands and content calendars.
- Comfortable balancing office-based planning with on-property content creation.
