Ideal for couples and families, the apartments and penthouses feature spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchens, en-suite bedrooms, and private verandas overlooking a lush garden and an infinity pool that blends seamlessly with the ocean horizon. The private villas, discreetly positioned behind the main residence, offer enclosed tropical gardens and personal swimming pools, with access to the shared beachfront facilities.

Designed for ultimate comfort, each unit includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, a flat-screen TV, and a generous lounge area opening onto bamboo-screened patios, perfect for al fresco dining with a gas barbecue. Check-in: from 14:00.

Check-out: at 10:00.

If you arrive at the residence after 17:00, our team will send you instructions for key collection.

Deposit: €200.

Tourist Tax (Tourist Fee): In accordance with the regulations in force in Mauritius since 1 October 2025, a tourist tax of €3 per person per night applies to visitors aged 12 years and above staying in tourist accommodation.

Children under 12 years old, Mauritian residents, Mauritians living abroad, and holders of a Residence Permit or Premium Visa are exempt from this tax.

Respect for the property: Please take care of the apartment. Any damage will be deducted from the security deposit.

Keep a peaceful atmosphere: To preserve the tranquillity of the residence, parties, loud music, and fireworks are not permitted.

No smoking indoors: Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Please use the balcony, terrace, or outdoor areas.

House policy: Visitors or external guests are not allowed within the property premises.

Maximum occupancy: The number of occupants must not exceed the maximum capacity specified for the property.

Respect the neighbourhood and noise regulations: Guests must maintain reasonable noise levels, especially during the evening and night.

Pool rules: The swimming pool is open from 09:00 to 19:30. Proper swimwear is required. Food, drinks, and glass objects are not permitted in the pool area.

No pets allowed: Pets are not permitted in the residence.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or termination of the stay without refund.
